Shipping and Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

Since our scrunchies are personal use items (and we like to keep things super hygienic for everyone!), we're unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We appreciate your understanding! However, if there's ever a hiccup or an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. Just contact us through our Get in Touch page or shoot us an email directly at support@bluvv.com. Be sure to include your order number and all the details so we can help you out!

When will my order ship?

We know you're excited to get your B. LUVV & CO. goodies! We typically ship via USPS standard mail (unless you opt for a different shipping preference at checkout).

Here's the scoop on shipping times:

• Processing & Prep: Your order will typically ship out within 1-7 business days after your order is placed (we're making magic by hand, after all!).
• US Orders: Once shipped, your package should arrive approximately 3-10 business days later.
• International Orders: For our global B. LUVV fam, orders generally arrive in your country within 1-3 weeks after being shipped.

While we wish we could personally deliver every package with a sparkle, we aren't held responsible for:

• Oopsies made by the postal service (they're human too!).
• Wrong addresses provided (double-check those digits!).
• Damage to orders by the postal service (if it looks rough, snap a pic!).
• Packages that go missing after delivery (we recommend a secure delivery spot!).
• Any customs fees that might pop up upon international arrival (those vary by country!).
