Due to the personal use nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or conduct exchanges. When will my order ship?
We ship using USPS standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping preference).
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
- On average, orders usually ship after 1-7 business days from the date the production started.
- US orders may arrive approximately 3-10 business days after being shipped.
- International orders may arrive in your country 1-3 weeks after being shipped.
We are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by the postal service
- Wrong addresses given by the customer
- Damage to orders by the postal service
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Customs fees that may incur upon arrival (international shipping)
